Vikram look for vaccancies in the Govt sector in which you can apply as a graduate in Chemistry. Read Rojgar samachar every week which will give you the guidance from time to time. At the same time start preparing for the state PSC exams and also give UPSC exam. Keep in mind that at the first opportunity you need to do post graduation. Then appear for UGC NET exam. If you clear it then you can be a lecturer in any college. Govt jobs in your stream are also available in the Forensic department.

There are little chances that manufacturing industries give you paid internship. However you have good chances with organizations who work on Projects (any kind of project and not neccesarility Civil construction project). There they can give you temporary job like preparing drawings, assitance at site supervisions, co-ordinator at a project site, documentation work etc.etc. So you can contact project organizations or contractors working for such organizations.
