As you have 6 years of work experience you can definitely go for this programme. However, you have not mentioned the kind of work experience you carry. In case your experience is of leadership or Managerial level then in that case you can also go for full time EMBA programme through various IIMs after appearing for CAT or GMAT in few cases. Reason being that regular programme will have better market value.
I would like to add here that part time programmes are generally suitable for those who are looking for a growth in their current organization itself.

I cannot assure the exact pattern but I can help you with all that you need to prepare. So starting with media I would suggest you to go through the newspapers everyday and make a note of all the good articles or important news that you come across. You have to mug up the punch lines of various good and famous brands and also their Brand ambassadors, mug up the punch lines of various good news channels because they might ask it. Also, if possible try and read few books on GK and Current affairs, if you want you can refer to Manorama year Book which is a nice book for GK and Current affairs. Apart from all these you also have to practice a lot on writing articles because they might give you any topic to write or a picture that you need to describe so you need to write it in a creative manner and for that you need to think out of the box. Other than these you may also prepare on reading comprehension, grammar, etc.
At the end I would say that the entrance is not that difficult and you can clear it easily and the interview depends on your caliber.

As the medium of education in US universities is English, so all the international students, whose first or native language is not English have to take either TOEFL or IELTS test to prove their English language proficiency.
How ever for US, it is advisable to take TOEFL, as there are some universities which accepts TOEFL scores only.
In order to pursue MS from USA you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 65%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
TOEFL score of 85-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Universities in US have 2 admission intakes in a year namely:
Fall (August) intake.
Spring (January) Intake.
An average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year and average living expenses are about US$ 10,000 per-year, the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.
