The placement in our college has been good even during the worst of market times. Coming to the average package and the highest one, the average package is around 3.5 Lacs and the highest package last year offered was 27 Lacs by Amazon. We have many companies visiting our campus from Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Deloitte, etc. The placements are better in CSE as compared to others. The placements are decent where each and every student is placed. Also in computer Science percentage offers made are sometimes as high as 200%. Companies like Goldman Sachs, Deloitte amazon visit the campus. Also a lot of startups show up for hiring students so for a person who wants opportunities on his plate, startups are a way to go here.

Bharath University is a good university for technical education in South India.
This University is ranked 35th in MHRD ranking among all Indian engineering college. This college has 4 campuses but mainly in Chennai with a good campus life and total facilities for their students.
Aeronautical engineering is the study about the design and systems of an aircraft. There is a lot of scope for aeronautical engineering branch in government sectors and departments.Through this course, students also get a chance to study in NASA.
Placement is average in this university. The placement ratio is around 50 to 60%. The average package is around 5 Lakhs per annum.
But in future, the placements in aeronautical engineering will increase with good packages as this field is developing much in our country.
Companies like TATA Motors, Tech Mahindra, Reliance Industries and L&T are the bulk recruiters. Other than these companies , many companies like ITC, Zydus, Torrent , Sun pharma, Apollo, Ultratech etc takes students from here.

Let me give you an overview of placements for the year 2017 in Netaji Subhash Engineering College:
MECHANICAL: 10 PLACED
CIVIL: 10 PLACED
ELECTRICAL : 41 PLACED
ECE: Above 75% PLACED
CSE: Above 85% PLACED
AEIE: nearly 25
IT: Above 85% PLACED. This is the overview of major branches. Generally students were placed in software companies like TCS, IBM, Capgemini, CGI, SpiderTech, startups like NASSCOM, Baiju classes, Johnson Control etc. Few students got placed in management firms also. Overall placement is better as per the down falling market.
And, if you are from core branches and ready to sacrifice your education for a Job then TCS is generous enough to also provide you a job.
It depends stream wise. Like if you are in CSE then don't worry you have high chances of being placed in TCS (50/around 120). Its the only mass recruiter. If you don't land up here then prepare really well because companies will come and go. They don't get deserving recruits. For 2017 pass out batch around more than 30+ tech companies came. As of now 74 is placed. Imagine 50 has being placed at TCS only handful in 30+ companies.
Only source of recruitment for core branches as well.
The placement scenario of IT/ECE is also grim despite tech companies coming to college.
Actually, the real problem is that there is no campus placement. It has been replaced with pool campusing. You have to compete with all techno India group colleges. So you can imagine the competition.

IIT coaching has now become an untouched part of all the engineering aspirants, though the students move to Kota and other big cities for coaching due to lack of the information. These are the coaching centres one should know about. Coaching classes for JEE in Haryana are:

The process for other recognitions are underway. So, the institute is legal and the students shall receive a valid degree. And regarding placements, the task is currently taken care of by Amity University Noida which successfully gets recruiters like DRDO and ISRO for placements (no placement round at Mumbai campus so far, and only one batch of seniors from Aerospace for the coming batch). In my opinion, all this may be sufficient to decide whether or not to apply for the institution, the rest of your career will be in your hands irrespective of your college. Anyroad, Amity University Mumbai is much better than many other local colleges. DRDO and ISRO are regular participating companies alongwith Lockheed Martin and Boeing set to make MOU with college soon.

I think no engineering college guarantees placement to its students.In fact, engineering colleges are there to make you an engineering. Even the students of IIT endup jobless.
The condition of NITs (except the top NITs) is worst. Many newly established NITs are still struggling for campus and well as faculty members.
I am not saying that you should expect nothing. It is up to you and your calibre to get a good job offer.The placement cell can only invite the companies for you. Getting a job or not depends on you. If you have talent then you will surely get a good job offer even through off-campus placements. I have seen students of BIT Patna who failed to get a job through campus placement but got the job of around 30 LPA off campus.
You can expect a placement package as high as 1 crore and as low as zero. Now, I think that things are clear in your mind. NIT will only give you tag and knowledge. You can get jobs in PSUs as well. However, you can expect an average package.

Placements: Our college provides 100% placements. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. Many companies that visit the campus for recruitment. Almost 90% of students get internships. Yes, it is possible that you won't get placed even after going to IIT.
Many of the newer IITs have decent placements but none has 100% placements. So it is possible that you won't get placed if you waste the four years during your engineering completely.
Assuming that you won't completely waste four years and just be an average student I think you can expect an average package of around Rs 6 lakhs per annum (approx). But lowest package can also be around Rs 3.5 to Rs 4 lakhs per annum for newer IITs.
Again, don't select a college based on only placements or package but consider everything right from your own interest in a particular branch to the infrastructure and quality of education provided. If you are in top IITs you may expect a median salary around Rs 8 lakhs per annum.
So if you secure good rank in JEE advance stop worrying about the package and start worrying about where your passion lies and work hard in that particular field. If you are genuinely interested in what you study and are brilliant you may get phenomenal packages like Rs 1 crore and all. But the effort you need to put in would also be as high as the package you want.

Faculty on a scale of 10 could be rated around 7.
Though they lack experience in teaching S4 syllabus of VTU it is comfortable enough they have adapted NBA accreditation policies which enables to know the course outcome with the feedback system in the next semester.
Other if you are interested looking for sports to be encouraged trust need that is not the right place to enter in the MVJ College.

The job opportunities are pretty good if you score and decent percentage in all your semesters without any backlogs. During my final year close to 50 companies came for campus placements Average package offered was 4 LPA. Companies like Bosch, L&T, TCS came for placements during my tenure. Almost 60% of the students are placed at that time. Visited Companies:
TCS, IBM, HP, Perot, Symphony Teleca, Wipro, Infosys, Ness technologies, etc. Core companies in real estate and Manufacturing sector are very less namely Grasim, Hindalco, L&T, Thermax, Reliance, etc. And Average package is 2.5Lakhs onwards. Decent Placements assistance provided overall for all Students in final year of college.

Job in the core industry which is metallurgy, in this case, you have to maintain your CGPA above 7-8 depending upon the company you are shortlisted for and to the extent for my memory serves, I didn't see any core company in metallurgy in my season. Do we really have this industry in India? If you are looking for a job in any high-paying company just like 90% other IITians, you have to sit for several written or online exams where your specialisation doesn't matter at all except in some cases but they don't really constitute significantly. Mantra for getting such jobs is to build your personality and your resume. You have to maintain a decent CGPA as well so that you don't get chucked out because of their HR policies.
