It is nothing to lose confidence on but you need to be more focused and that is it. If you are unable to cope with the interviews then opting to study further for the time being would be a better option. As you have already completed your B.tech, you can look forward to the M.tech course as well and to get through to a good institutes you require to qualify an entrance like GATE and many other institute specifics and on the basis of qualifying these you may look forward to the admission process. To know about the institutes offering M.tech and also you can look for MBA as an option. You may refer to following links:
