Depends on How you put it. yes, an engineer can be happy with his degree , and can get a very good job in any MNC . BUt as you climb the career ladder you may not be in the same position as you were at the beginning. There wld be change in your role. goals depending upon the org with which you are. Mgmt skills come in handy then. For example, if you are an engg working in a major org like BEL, then you shd have technical Knowledge which begins with a simple diode and expands to Communication so both are complimentary.
