As you said that your interest is in IT field, it consist of both Programming and Hardware & networking. If you are not comfortable with Programming languages then you opt for Hardware & networking as your Career. Since you need a Degree BCA would be better option for you.

Hi,
The significance of the program you do would depend on the career path you choose. If you want to start your career after graduation then BBA would be a good option as far as pacakge & designation is concerened. If you want to pursue a Masters degree after completing your graduation then both will hold good, however, after doing BBA you limit yourself to MBA whereas B.Com pass would give you more options in PG degrees.
For joining civil services you need to have a Gradaution Degree from a recognised University.
