as you have done B.tech then I would suggest go in for post gard diploma in Wed development or if you have interest in internet working then Humber has a very good option for Post Grad diploma in wire less telecommunication. Its a one year(2 Semester) Program which begins in every Sep/Jan. The fees will be CAD $ 12200/year.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), is a well known career option for those with a career inclination towards Management. There are several good institutes in India offering BBA course and the eligibility for this remains 12th pass with at minimum of 50% . The admissions are based on merit howvere some may require the student to qualify entrance too.

The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your stream is your own Interests and career aspirations. However, JAVA and Linux, though interrelated, but are two different domains as in JAVA is a language whereas Linux is an operating system. So, keeping in mind your interests you should choose JAVA incase you have interest in coding, developing programmes, gaming, working on consoles and other such functions, on other hand if you have interests in Operating systems and their functioning then you should opt for Linux.
