Hi Gaurav, the 2 English speaking countries where Govt promotes migration where there is a chance to get PR easily are Nz and Canada. In both the countries you can go for PG Diplomas(1 yr) or graduate diploma (1 yr) if you do not want to spend time and money on doing Masters (2 yrs). Or you could try for grad cert in Canada and Grad Dip in Nz. In both the countries you can get hospitality related courses. And if you have experience in cookery then you will have a very good scope as in both the countries the courses are in good demand.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex or are applying for MBA), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6 min for UG courses and 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
