When you have got offer letter from College or University you need to apply for student pass. And its the college or University that you have offer from will help in doing so. And it can take about 4-5 weeks compared to the usual of 2-3 weeks.
did you ask for duration of course? UG - 3 yrs. Engineering - 4 yrs. PG - 2 yrs and varies.
Expenses - approximately 10 lacs including living expenses.
To know about a good consultant, I can not recommend any but you can find this out by asking the consultant their visa success rate and asking people in the study abroad market. Visit 2-3 consultants and opt for the one that provides a better counselling to you.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex or are applying for MBA), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6 min for UG courses and 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.

The industries which you can enter with the finance background are: Banking which includes fields like Investment Banking, Corporate Finance jobs like Investor Relations Officer, Credit Manager, Commercial banking, ForEx Management, Treasury & wealth management, Financial Planner, etc. Other fields could be stock broking, Commodity trading, Capital Arbitrage, Insurance & Risk management, Disaster Management etc. You can also look for jobs with big Finance firms as an auditor/ in the auditing department etc or can get into corporate companies finance department.

However, Finance is a huge sector, and there are several job opportunities in this field. Finance is a career generally for people interested in quantitative skills and who would like to do a lot of planning; managing of resources etc. this is about hard core accounts.
The industries which you can enter with the finance background are: Banking which includes fields like Investment Banking, Corporate Finance jobs like Investor Relations Officer, Credit Manager, Commercial banking, ForEx Management, Treasury & wealth management, Financial Planner, etc.

There are several institutes in India offering networking , this would entirely depend on the kind of course that you would and its availability in the particular institute. As mentioned above by you, the institutes - Network Guru and Appin technology also offers network course. However, you can still refer to other institutes as well and decide on the basis of the kind of course you are keen to pursue, the duration, placement assistance, previous records etc.

First of all as M.tech is a field which requires a lot of practical work there are very few institutes which will give you part time programmes. However, there is no concrete list of Institutes which I can provide you specifically for Biotechnology, but few of the Institutes providing Part Time M.Tech are:

Indira Gandhi National Open University
National Institute of Technology, Durgapur
Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra
Jawaharlal Technological University
Osmania University
Geetham University
As far as choosing between MBA and M.Tech is concerned the only thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your steam is your own interests and career aspirations, both the streams have really good scope so, if you want to get into technology field go for M.Tech else go for MBA.
