Although, Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance, it would be unfair on our part to give our personal opinion or judgment but, IGNOU and Annamalai University are two of the oldest Universities and are well received by various industries.
As far as the certificate is concerned, yes if you do a programme through Distance education or Correspondence, it will be mentioned on your certificate.

Hi Ankit, international students are allowed to stay back in the country for 1 year and look for a job.
the competition is tough as any country abroad will give preference to its citizens first. Since EU is a vast area, the competition will be with all the EU students who apply for the same post or come for interview. So you will have to be very proactive and work hard during and after studies to secure a job for yourself.

As mentioned above by you, the institutes - Network Guru and Appin technology also offers network course. However, you can still refer to other institutes as well and decide on the basis of the kind of course you are keen to pursue, the duration, placement assistance, previous records etc.
