As every person cannot get into M.Tech programme so MCA is another root for those students who have keen interest in technology and want to make a successful career in it.

As Shiksha is an Education portal which gives guidance to the students regarding their Education and career options you would not be able to get much information regarding this query. However, alkaloids is a naturally occurring chemical compounds whereas Pyocyanine (or pyocyanin) is an antibiotic pigment produced by the Gram negative bacterium so I don't think there is any relation between the two.
