First of all you need to understand that getting a guide for a PhD programmes is a lengthy process, in which you need to see which all Universities are providing PhD in your interest area i.e. Microbiology and then you have to contact the professors that Department with all your M.Sc Project work and anything which you have which is relevant to your field like internship papers etc. if the professor like your papers he/she can take you as a student and once the professor accepts you, you would be able to get admit in the University. I would suggest you to check with your University from where you have done your M.Sc, provided it has the provision of PhD.
Generally in India most of the good Universities require that PhD students should have some work experience as well. Another option which I could suggest you is to go for NET Examination this will not only help you in getting a job in lecturer but also you can earn Research Scholarships if applied for.

Yes, you are eligible to sit for various MCA Entrances, but you really need to work hard to get outstanding scores on your Entrance Examinations as, while selecting candidates the University may give preference to students who have done BCA with Math from a recognized University. As far as submitting the eligibility proof is concerned, it is generally required at the time of admission, but different Universities will have different admission procedure, so you have to check with the University you plan to apply to.

No, it is not possible for you to get admission in a university or college in Canada without GRE for M Engg program. To qualify for admission, you have to fulfill the following requirements:
1)GRE: You will be required to take the GRE test which is calculated on 1600 score. You will be required to score atleast1000 in test. The higher you score, the better is your chance of admission.
2)IELTS: IELTS is an english examination which is preferred medium of english examination in Canada. You will be required to score atleast 6.5 in this exam with a minimum score of 6 in each section.
3)SOP:It is a statement of purpose which is a part of the application wherein you have to write an essay within 1500-3000 words expressing to the university why they should admit you.
4)Letters of Recommendation:You will be required to submit atleast 2 letters of recommendation.You will have to choose 2 academic or professional referees who will write recommendations on the basis of the questions asked by the university in the LOR. It is a part of the application.
5) Lastly, you need need to score atleast 75% in your bachelors.

First thing you decde whether you would like to continue in the computer fiels or swicth over to management. If you want to switch over to management you can do MBA. If you have a flair for IT field you can do MCA.
However the cost of doing this PG programe is more than you can go and do one year PG in UK. It is all specilied programme like networking,multimedia,web technology,database management like that. this pg degree will make you more employable than MBA and MCA.
By doimg MBA you are looking in the management side, which requires experience to get a job. /to amke your sellves employable a specilsed programme in IT field will be the best option.
