GMP programme is mainly for those working professionals who have already reached a Managerial level and want to shoulder greater responsibilities in the future so that they can move up the hierarchy. As you are still at the beginning of your career this would be usefull if you plan for it after few years say 5+ years of experience. However, as far as the market value of this programme is concerned it has a good market value but the growth of a person is not completely dependent on the recognition of the degree but also as to how he/she performs on the programme and use the knowledge earned at the time of job placements.

The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your MBA specialization is your own interests and career aspirations. After your BCA one good option could be Operations, or IT which includes design, execution, and control of a firm's operations that convert its resources into desired goods and services, and implement its business strategy. HR can also be an option if you are self motivator & have great peoples skills. It also involves lots of paper work and training & development. So keeping in mind these points you can choose your specialization.
