You can pursue only a PG Degree course but you cannot do MBA parallel with your PG Degree.
No university will allow this.

Although, different colleges will have different requirements, generally to get into M.Sc IT/ Computer Science you need to either have a B.Sc background with 60% marks or need to have MCA or M.Sc in Mathematics as they majorly require Math to do M.Sc in IT. Some institutes also ask for Entrance Examination. Like take for e.g Delhi University which gives M.Sc in Computer Science. You need to either have B,Sc degree or for rest of the students, they need to appear for Entrance. so, similarly it is not a compulsion in every University/ College that you will get admission if you have M.Sc in Mathematics. As you are currently pursuing Diploma in Animation, You may definitely look for a job related to the animation field based on your qualification and the eligibility as required for the particular job.
