Hi,
In order to pursue MBA from Canada you need to have:
16 years of education with good academic background preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
GMAT score of 600 plus.
Apart from all the above mentioned eligibility criteria, all the good universities even require minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
It is always advisable to gain some years of work experience after graduation and then apply for MBA.

Yes, its tough to decide MSC OR MCA. I suggest you to pursue MCA where the course is approved by AICTE and it will be very simple for you. M.Sc., also having a scope if you are going to join teaching field. But most corporates still wants MCA candiates for their companies. Finally its your choice and your future.
