your working experience is less if you want to regular MBA from a reputed institution then you need atleast 3-4 year work experience and it will increase when u want to do through Part time then the experience will be atleast 5 year at Executive level.
The selection of stream is totally depnd on your interest about in which subject.
There are various institutes of SNAP & MAT & CAT Colleges offer MBA in dec. you should apply for entrance tests in these exams.
IIPM is also a good Institute in terms of global placement. if you want to get placed or stay in india then IIPM is not good and also you can't apply for govt. job through

For the entrance exam you can prepare yourself by studying newspapers and books related to GK and current affairs. Also remember to mug up the punch lines of various good brands and also the brand ambassadors of various good brands. Also start reading few good english books as they look for candidates with good command over english.

As you have clearly mentioned about your intention to write CAT and MAT as you aim to pursue MBA, All I would suggest you is to study hard for the same but at the same time make sure that you do well academically as well. Russia is basically good for Medical Studies or for Engineering not for MBA . I would never recommend you to go Russia for MBA you have many options go to UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand for MBA . In Russia the major hurdle would be Russian Language and the extreme cold weather. Rest is depends on you dear.

You may required to have a good percentage above 60% in graduation in order to eligible for the masters program however there is no such MS in IC engines program is available however you can go for MS in Mechanical Engineering (ISE) from this university . Fees is very nominal approx 500 euro/ semester however you may also apply for the DAAD scholarship also.
