your working experience is less if you want to regular MBA from a reputed institution then you need atleast 3-4 year work experience and it will increase when u want to do through Part time then the experience will be atleast 5 year at Executive level.
The selection of stream is totally depnd on your interest about in which subject.
There are various institutes of SNAP & MAT & CAT Colleges offer MBA in dec. you should apply for entrance tests in these exams.
IIPM is also a good Institute in terms of global placement. if you want to get placed or stay in india then IIPM is not good and also you can't apply for govt. job through this IIPM degree.
There are various institutes offer Part time like Sikkim Mnaipal, IGNOU, Symbiosis and IIM's etc.

As you have clearly mentioned about your intention to write CAT and MAT as you aim to pursue MBA, All I would suggest you is to study hard for the same but at the same time make sure that you do well academically as well. By this I mean you should appear for your back and try to gain good results in the particular paper and also over all.

There are many organisations in Germany that award scholarships and grants to international students. For example, the DAAD specifically funds advanced students, graduates and postgraduates, i.e. doctoral students. You can try MS in Mechanical in these German universities :- 1. University of Applied Sciences Esslingen,

Almost all higher education institutions are funded by Federal and State Legislations. German and international students who study in Germany are not charged tuition fees. However, there are some private institutions of higher education and some state institutions offering courses for which fees are charged which is very nominal however if you able to get DAAD scholarship then its free. You will require around 650 euro approx INR 35,000-40,000 per month,This amount covers housing ,food ,clothing ,study material and other expenses such as health insurance and leisure activities. As a international student you are permitted to work upto 4 hours/day,but not more than 180 half days/year.Both on campus and off-campus work is permitted.In any case,knowledge of German language is a strong plus point for a job.
