hi, you completed the Course of CCNA, so better get some Hand-on or experince on it & move on to next level (work atleast 6 month - 12 months). & get Certified form CCNA -cisco. once you got the Experince you will know the Value of CCNA & its Level. first get some experince. all the best.

Hi,
I would like to answer your questions in points:
1) I strongly suggest you to retake the IELTS because you may get admission with this score but will definitely not get a visa. Visa strongly requires you to have a minimum score of 6.5 with a minimum score of 6 in each section.
2) You can opt for many PG courses. Since you have a background in mechanical engineering, the best suited course for you would be a masters in mechanical engineering. You can even apply for a masters course in any other engineering discipline like aeronautical, electronics, etc. depending on your subject choice.
