Try pursuing a MBA through correspondence and not distance learning as distance learning degrees are not accepted by some universities in US. You can even do a post graduate diploma in management. The point is, Yes you would make yourself eligible after pursuing the MBA.

Higginbothams, Crosswords.and all the leading educational book stalls in the country.For preparation of IAS/IPS you must write the UPSC exams which is conducted in May and October respectively. You must take one subject in the preliminary as your choice and General Knowledge with till date information. In the mains you must write again the subject you have chosen and another subject too. To name a few universities, Harvard, New York University and Stanford University accept a 15 year education criteria.
However, we can never figure out which university is accepting 15 years of education by checking the website. You need to select few universities and email them your profile and they will get back to you in 3-5 business days and will inform whether you are eligible for MBA in their University.
