Although, to get admission in the foundation program of ICSI you need to have completed 10+2 or equivalent, but , I would suggest that before enrolling yourself for the ICSI foundation program you should consult them directly as, it would completely on the discretion of ICSI that whether they consider your Diploma Equivalent to Higher Secondary or not.

There are various options after B.COM
1) MBA - if you looking for Management as your career, specialisation are there.
2) MCA, M.Sc in IT - if you looking for IT as your career but it require programming, database, operating system and computer knowledge and practice. You can opt for long term computer course in govt. institutes or private institutes like NIIT and Aptech.
