Your chances are high as you have a good academic and career track that too in a good company .
At NUS Master of Computing program is available and PhD by Research is also available however you can apply for Masters in Computing. All candidates (except for NUS / NTU / SMU graduates) are required to take GRE (General). Candidates with a general bachelor degree are also required to submit GRE Computer Science test score. As you have already done M.Sc in the field I would suggest you to start your career. It is not only teaching in which you can find Job Opportunities after M.Sc in Ecology and Environment, the other fields in which you can find jobs are: Quality Assurance, Disaster Management, agriculture, forestry, nature conservation, pollution control, can also work as researcher. The departments in which you may get employment are: Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Institutes, Dept. of Environmental Affairs, Dept. of Nature Conservation and National Parks, & other private organization.
Apart from this if you still feel to further your education you can look for certifications like SAS or other Quality Management & Regulatory affairs related certifications or short term course.
