As per the rules of Bar Council of India (BCI), one cannot pursue a LLB course through distance/correspondence/online modes. Only a person who has done a full time LLB is recognised to be eligible to practice law in India. There are colleges, which promise to allow students to complete their LL.B. course through distance mode. However, such courses or arrangements are completely illegal and one should not fall for such traps. Moreover, regarding certain colleges offering innovative degrees in law (which are not eligible for practice in law) may not be recognised by UGC. See, the specification of degrees by UGC: http://www.ugc.ac.in/pdf

Yes, it is the foundation and if you have not studied science at this level, clearing B.Sc will be quite difficult there are few open universities and conventional university like MANUU offer B.Sc without class 12th on the basis of the entrance exam, but without a strong base, you cannot clear the exam.

More than its MBA recognition, TRU is popular amongst students who want canadian MBA but struggling with finances. There is no guarantee to settle after MBA from TRU. However, other universities do not provide guarantee too. It depends on how much hard work would you want to put. and many other factors such as your goals, experience etc.
