Almost all the NITs, DTU, IIITH ets accepts SAT but mainly required from NRIs etc or check collegeboard website for universities/colleges accepting SAT.

PU CET Cut Off for BBA gives an basis idea of possibility of selection in current year IPU Admission. It's up-to you, and your interest area. You can pursue both the alternatives. BCA+MBA looks little odd, but still you will get a placement you can survive with. But BCA + MCA looks normal and it will work normal. You can earn a good penny out of it, if you are interested in Computer Applications.
