The eligibility is:
Masters degree with 55% aggregate marks in a relevant discipline or equivalent, subject to clearing LPU NEST and Interview. Yes, you are eligible to appear for the exam, if you have completed the Masters Degree from the IGNOU. You need to complete Masters degree from the Subject you are interested in with around 55% marks overall if you are a general Candidate. For Reserved Category Candidate and for female category you can appear in the UGC NET Exam with 50% marks
The UGC NET Exam is conducted every year whereas several no of candidates appear in the examination.
