As you have mentioned that you are a BDS, I would suggest you to continue your education in Dental Sciences as it is one of the well known career options available and offers good job opportunities post the completion.
But other than the Dental Sciences you can opt for the other fields like Clinical Research, MBA in Health Care Management, Masters in Public health, Pharm management etc.
You can look among the given options depending on your area of interest and preference. As for the scope is concerned, each course offers career opportunities in different discipline and a lot depends on your capabilities, performance and knowledge.

HI,Animation and web designing course are both very good and better course for make better career.But your background have MCA that mean's you are computer or programming related field,then i m take advice that you are doing web designing course.It is best course from animation course for only you.Web designing course are very rapidly growth in every industry or market or company.Web designing course are much better and also growth day to day and requirement are also growth in every company or industry etc.
Now see for you have one thing more that you are also going software engineering.You are doing specialization in any language with any database .It is must in company.I am say that it is also better career you doing specialization in any language then you are going any company for job.

Dear Sir, In addition to the TNOU, I came to know that from the academic year 2011 onwards, Annamalai University is going to conduct the following courses under distance education mode which has the centres all across the country. In Kerala itself it has more than 10 study centres and exam centres and in Chennai alone there are around 30 centres.
The courses they are going to offer under distance education mode are as follows :
