If you are interested in pursuing your career abroad then I would suggest that you should go for a Masters level degree from abroad as the chances of getting a job directly from India are not very high so, a degree will give you an passage to go abroad and after completing your degree you can find a job there and settle down. Moreover, as you have an International degree it would be easier for you to get a job there and at point of time if you want to come back to India a foreign degree will have more weightage.
However, I would suggest you to first target the Country in which you want to do a job and then plan the rest of the things as until and unless you are clear about the country it would be difficult to take a decision on other factors like job scenario, length of Visa, liquid money required etc. for e.g. US Study Visa is for 5 Years which gives you more time to search for a job along with your studies or even after completing your studies, so similarly every country would have its own rules and regulation.

IFS i.e Indian Forest Service is is one of the three All India Services of the Indian government and its employees are recruited by the national government but serve under the state governments or Central Government. IFS was created for for protection, conservation of forest resources.
To get in IFS, you would require to qualify the Civil Services exam. To be eligible for this exam the minimum education qualification required is a graduate degree and the minimum age limit is 21 years and the maximum is the 30 years for general candidates.

I would say that news reading is a part of journalism and journalism itself is a very good and demanding career which requires a lot of hard work and talent and usually news channels prefer readers with a journalism background, but i also would like to clear it to you that there are very few courses for news reading, so i would suggest you to go for an anchoring course so that you get proper grooming and know the art facing the camera. Once you are done with the anchoring course then you can apply to news channels for the post of news reader. But also you have to keep in mind certain qualities that they usually want the candidates to have, few of them are- An attractive on camera' look, A good voice and diction, Enthusiastic, Dynamic, Vivacious, Responsible, Aware of the current political scenario Detailed knowledge of issues and one more thing if possible be proficient in both the languages Hindi and English.
