one simple question for u - U must have some sort of computer knowledge i know cos now a days computer has taken place of TV at home. If my Hard Disk gone damage should i replace or repair? If Motherboard got damage will it be repaired or replaced? Now a days all these r coming with 3-5 years of warranty. Processor can not be repaired. What other expensive things remain on computer which can be repaired. I think replacement is the best option now a days. If u want to do HR mgmt then MBA (HR mgmt) will be the best option for you. There are plenty of UGC recognised univs offering MBA (HRM). In case u hv already decided on MITSDE then it is absolutely ok as they are approved by DEC but u will be given a pgdba, so just in case this subject really interests u and want to pursue further studies 2 yrs hence, it might not b possible as it is just a PG diploma and not masters. Masters can only be conferred by universities or instituitions affiliated to univs, tho not much difference between PGDBA and MBA syllabus being almost the same. Hi Vilas, As far what i would know about this is that to be eligible for any course you require to have a minimum of qualification of 12th and to attain this, I would advise you to enroll through NIOS or any other regulated education board (through private) and once you qualify 12th only then you will be able to pursue any course.

I would completely agree to what Suryap said that MBA is an Edge in case you want to go for higher studies like Phd, M.Phil etc. So, it will depend on the purpose of your degree.

# No, home-study is not a good option if you wish to learn a course like interior design which will prepare you with the technical knowledge, artistic awareness, innovativeness and attitude that are necessary for this occupation which will be difficult to attain at correspondence level.
You may join part-time/weekend batches OR Diploma/Certificate course if you wish to pursue it alongside B.Com.
# However, I would suggest you to continue with B.Com and after that you may start up with interior training because a valid graduation degree is always useful.
