Well there are many types of courses that one can pursue depending on the level of course that you are currently pursuing. If you are pursuing a graduate course, you can opt for Masters course like MTA, MBA in Tourism etc and to know about these, you may refer to the following links:

Sure you can get job opportunities with a B.Sc in IT but then these opportunities are limited and so would be the growth in the future, hence it is always advised to pursue a Masters degree from a good institute and then look for a job opportunities as the scope and the prospects increase leading to infinite growth options.

If you want to do Masters in Mechanical from Germany then its obviously a good descsion like studying in developed european countries and germany is the good option for post graduation studies and also the favourite destination for international students. The standard of higher education in germany is first rate.There are over 500 international degree programmes offer courses which are entirely or partly taught in english. You can get the DAAD scholarship and can study in germany for free for details kindly contact the DAAD office. However most of the universities in germany are funded by the government so studies are almost free but some universities charge nominal fees from the students .
You can try MS in Mechanical in these German universities :-
1. University of Applied Sciences Esslingen,
2. University of Siegen,
3. RWTH Aachen University,
4. Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences,
5. University of Duisburg-Essen etc.

It would not be possible to confirm whether the IIPM is a fraud, although the institute does not holds any govt. recognition to its credit like UGC approval/ Deemed University status/ AICTE making it not worth relying completely as most of the companies in India look for UGC approved qualifications, but then the institute is quite popular in terms of the placements abroad, infrastructure and education quality; although the course fee is quite high in comparison to other institutes.
I would suggest you to first look for other better options depending on you entrances that you qualify for the MBA as there are many institutes in India and to know about these, you may refer to the following link:
