The curriculum of the Courses is designed according to the industry demands and the suggestions of company officials are taken while designing the syllabus of the particular subject. LPU Students also design Solar-powered Driverless Bus to ferry PM Modi to Indian Science Congress 2019. Moreover, the preparation of placement is started in the first year and the placements are 100%. LPU has set the highest placement record in North India. There are many great colleges that have great courses in engineering. I am an Engineer myself. I am placed at Wipro on the post of Software Engineer. Id like to tell you about a university that is very renowned and well suited for the studies of engineering. I am not having any notion for Thapar or SRM but yes I can share the particulars of LPU as I am proud. Alumni of here. Many of my friends have completed their CSE at LPU and got placed in eminent institutions I believe for CSE, LPU would be the best option. Let me share with you some of the details as well as highlights : 1. Good Placements: Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft in 2020. 2. Accreditation : Every year, more than 30,000 students graduate from LPU across all disciplines. Well if you ask me I would say there is no point comparing because both LPU, THAPAR or SRM University has their own story of glory and limitations. My brother has completed B.Tech CSE from LPU itself and he is satisfied with everything be it academics, placements, exposure, etc. Currently he is working with Amazon with the highest package. As per my knowledge and experience, I must say that B.Tech CSE programme is offered by numerous universities across the country but only few offer this with unique curriculum and placements. As per my experience, I must say that LPU provides great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance to the students to attend guest lectures or workshops, so that they get to learn as much as they can.
