Which college is better amongst LPU, Thapar and SRM for B.Tech in computer science engineering?

Well if you ask me I would say there is no point comparing because both LPU, THAPAR or SRM University has their own story of glory and limitations. On one side where THAPAR/SRM University is famous for its old glory. LPU is a younger a shining star in the ranking of Best Private University of India. Hello There, Three of them are doing good in the education sector but as per my experience, LPU is the best place for a career. I have completed my CSE from the LPU in the year 2019. I have not faced any kind of disappointment at any phase. LPU provides the beautiful infrastructure and all required resources to students and staff. I highly recommend that if you really want to make your career with a good level of education then you should go for LPU. My Decision for LPU was the best decision of my life. LPU provides specialisation also in Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Full Stack Web Development, Big Data, etc. LPU gave me an extra edge in everything. LPU is Great in teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. The best thing is LPU gives the career pathways like I was interested in placements and I opted then university gave me all required and important inputs and the result was my placement in a good MNC with Great Package. The maximum package was 31 Lacs per annum in that year. On another hand, my batchmates who were interested in higher studies than the university gave all the required inputs according to them. So in short LPU is actually Nourishing the students for a better future. Rest Haters are everywhere but LPU is the Best Place for a good career as per my experience of 4 years over there.

Please go ahead and join Lovely professional University for CSE course without any second thought. My brother has completed B.Tech CSE from LPU itself and he is satisfied with everything be it academics, placements, exposure, etc. Currently he is working with Amazon with the highest package. You should not give a second thought to it as you will be making the best decision of your life by choosing LPU for engineering studies. As per my knowledge and experience, I must say that B.Tech CSE programme is offered by numerous universities across the country but only few offer this with unique curriculum and placements. As per my experience, I must say that LPU provides great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance to the students to attend guest lectures or workshops, so that they get to learn as much as they can. I am not having any notion for Thapar or SRM but yes I can share the particulars of LPU as I am proud. Alumni of here. Many of my friends have completed their CSE at LPU and got placed in eminent institutions I believe for CSE, LPU would be the best option. Let me share with you some of the details as well as highlights : 1. Good Placements: Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft in 2020. 2. Accreditation : Every year, more than 30,000 students graduate from LPU across all disciplines. Accredited by most technical bodies such as UGC, NCTE, PCI, IAP, COA, BCI, and AIU, LPU has covered massive ground since being founded back in 2005. There are many great colleges that have great courses in engineering. I am an Engineer myself. I am placed at Wipro on the post of Software Engineer. Id like to tell you about a university that is very renowned and well suited for the studies of engineering. I recommend LPU because the companies which visit the college. The tieups university has are huge. The student base is large and I won't say there will be 100% placement but there is a lot scope for you to get placed into good companies. Even Thapar is also good. You can SEE its NIRF ranking is 29.

Preference to any university depends on many factors like infrastructure, placements and faculty members. Being an alumnus I can assure you that LPU is a great place to study. I has many friend from CSE dept. And they were very satisfied with the learning atmosphere there. CSE dept. Of LPU is having the highest number of students under a single dept. Being an alumni of LPU I had many friends from CSE and I used to SEE them wearing formal dress almost every day because their placement drives would happen every day in their final year. Most of the students get offers in their third year itself. The placement record of CSE from LPU is phenomenal. Every year LPU breaks its own record in terms of placements. Student from LPU got placed in Microsoft at a package of 42 LPA and many giants like Amazon, Interview bit have offered packages of around 26LPA to LPU students from CSE. VMWARE, Jugnoo, Pegasystems have offered packages of 9LPA to students, many other companies like Wipro, Capgemini, Bosch have offered packages of 6 LPA and the list is endless. The CSE dept. Of LPU has various tie-ups with Google, Pega, VMWARE, AUTOMATION ANYWHERE, INFORMATICA, COMPUTING TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION (CompTIA).
