Thapar University is better overall like if you talk about faculty, facility, hostel, placement, cut-off trends, etc., as it has got AAAA+ which says this is an outstanding college to pursue an engineering course, whereas, LPU has got AAA+ which is also good, but not better than Thapar University.

In my opinion, I think Thapar University may be a good choice for pursuing engineering course as it has the best facility and best-qualified faculty members.

    Hello Krishna,
As among all three colleges, both SRM and LPU conduct their own exam but its Thapar which has the selection criteria through JEE Mains score, and Thapar also provides you with a platform to visit foreign countries for your academic and training purposes. So, it's better to go through with Thapar.
    1. Thapar University
    2. SRM Chennai (main campus)
    3. LPU.

    Hi,
Let me clear you first that placement and package depends upon your hard work. A college/university can provide you the best possible opportunities but thereafter everything will be decided on the basis of your performance. However, in comparison between these two Thapar is a clear winner, as it is an established institution with great career opportunities and better facilities. Thapar has tie ups with really good brands like Microsoft IDC, Hindustan Unilever Ltd, KPMG India, Infosys Technologies, Reliance Industries Ltd. , Texas Instruments India, Wipro Technologies, Royal Enfield, Philips India etc. Which can offer you a decent p

    Hi
There are many universities which would offer scholarship. But you need a college which would cater to your all round development. The name that comes to me first is LPU which carefully nurtures its students and propels them to the pinnacle of success so that their hard work culminates to a point which would be the cause of envy of many. LPU is a brand name today for it engineering courses.
    1. Computer Science is a branch which needs continuous endeavor by the student as well as the faculty as it is the demand of the market. For this you need a college of repute which would give you the best inputs for an all-round development.

With No Doubt - Thapar University. First of all, placements at Thapar University are much better than any campus of SRM. Last year's the highest Package- INR. 23 Lacs.
This year's the highest Package- INR. 21 Lacs
Also a company which offered 33 Lacs came to the campus this year but result has not been declared yet. Average Package CSE - INR. 7-8 Lacs
Overall Average Package - INR. 6-7 Lacs
Also, the latest syllabus is really awesome not getting in much detail I will just mention that Students are being taught C, C+ and Java in the first year itself.
