    In my opinion, you should go with LPU. It is a well renowned private university in India with students all across the world and with 4000 experienced faculty members and staff members.     Hello, As per my views, Thapar is better than other two for CSE because Thapar is one of the most reputed college in India and having a position against IITs. Also, the infrastructure, teaching methodology, placements and overall development of students are upto the mark. But if you don't get Thapar, then you can go for any other college.     I would suggest you to go to the Thapar University, as the faculty and academic records of Thapar University is good as compared to the mentioned above.
