Both have same ratings but still you may choose biotechnology as it has good scope rather than microbiology. You can choose according to your interest in which you can score good marks.

Biotechnology and microbiology both streams are equally imported and interesting. It completely depend upon the candidate which field he or she want to pursue.

Hello, choosing between the two courses would be one of the most crucial decisions of your educational future. But it solely depends upon the level of the study. I mean if you want to go further for Masters then biotechnology would be a better option because it leaves you with many other choices for PG. But if you are seeking job right after your graduation then u must go for microbio, because it is a specialization programme and you can get relatively greater job opportunities easily. Thank you.

    Hi,
It completely depends upon you that you want to go for biotechnology or microbiology. According to me, you can go for biotechnology because there is one advantage, if you choose microbiology then your field will be limited and in biotechnology you field will be very big. If you want to make your career in biotechnology you can do Masters thorough the reputed college called IITs by giving one entrance exam called IIT JAM (To know the complete detail about the JAM you can visit:https://www.eduncle.com/iit-jam-exam). JAM aspirants can either opt for M.Sc. Or Ph.D. or M.Sc. Plus Ph.D. Dual degree professional courses offered by the IIT
