Shiksha is an education portal and not a job portal, it would not be possible to provide you with the details related to placements as this entirely depends on the student's credibility other than a facility provided by the institute independently.
But with just a B.Com degree, although there are a few good job opportunities availabile yet to growth and gain better prospects, I think you should consider either opting for higher education or may simply look for some certification programs depending on the career domain you are interested in.

In order to pursue MS from Canada, yo need to have:
16 years of education with good academic background, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
GRE score of 1100-1200 plus.
Universities in Canada have 2 admission intake in a year,namely:
Fall(August) intake.
Spring(January) intake.
Average fees at Canadian universities is around CA$ 20,000 per year.The tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.
Some of good universities offering MS in Canada are as follows:
