Hi,
CA and CFA simultaneously, I would say it's rare or let's say, 1 out of 1000 student goes for this combination as both the courses need specific dedicated study time schedule hence it's very difficult to manage both these at the same time. Hence I would suggest going for CFA once your CA is done.

Distance MBA degree certainly adds value to your resume (for a person who completed their graduation). However, there are not many firms which hire candidates with Distance MBA for managerial roles. You ask me for a justification for that? I'd simply say, there are people who had done full-time MBA and are still waiting for jobs.
Having said that, if you have a distance MBA after having Masters in your technical field that might get you into a pretty decent job. No one can assure it though.
You can use the knowledge you gained through that distance course to become a better professional and climb up the organizational ladder once you ge

Hi. Failing in CPT is not the end of the world. If you think you can clear CA, then go for CPT again. Else, directly get into IPCC after your graduation. You can also take non clearing CPT as a wake-up call and leave CA. If that's the case, you have options like CS, CWA, LLB, MBA, etc. You can also prepare for government jobs or get certifications from various bodies which are helpful in jobs.
All the best.
