It is taken by roughly 2L candidates every year and the seats at top Iims is are 5000. So, the odds are stacked against you because to get that elusive 99. XX, you need to do better than 99% takers which make it difficult. Also, this is just the first part of the story. The next part is the GDPI. Once you get the b-school call

You need to be aware of the latest happenings in the world. Cramming up yearbooks won't help you, seriously. Instead, make a habit of reading the newspaper every day.
After clearing that, you'll have to prepare for the studio test and the personal interview. T

B.Com (h) opens up accounting avenues. You can pursue CA along with it but then you will have to do a correspondence course as the new rule of DU does not allow regular B.Com (h) students to pursue CA too.
You must have heard about the Big4: KPMG, Delloit, E&Y, PwC. If you dream of working in these audit companies then this is the apt choice.
My personal advice would be to opt for a regular course if you are getting good colleges like SRCC,LSR or so. Believe me the experience you get there is unmatched and you will cherish it forever.
