First of all there is nothing like a successful designer like thing. They are all successful businessmen, not merely designers. To make a name in the fashion industry, especially in a country like India then you need to think like a businessman, not like a fashion designer. You can outsource things rather to make and design them for yourself. Search for the vendor, who can make garments for you. You can't really judge the NIFT centres because all the centres follow the same syllabus and system. All of their faculty members and the staff is highly qualified. Yes, the infrastructure of centres like New Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore is much better than the centres like Raebareli, Srinagar and Jodhpur.
