University of Nottingham has a very good reputation in UK. However, you may need some work experience to get admission for Msc Nursing apart from good grades in BSc nursing. The Universities abroad do not guarantee job placements but provide assistance. It is the student who needs to put in efforts and find an appropriate job.
Both the countries promote migration, plenty of jobs are available. But Nz has lower cost of living than Australia.
But the first motive of the student should be to concentrate in studies first so that he or she can apply for a good job later on.
