University of Nottingham has a very good reputation in UK. However, you may need some work experience to get admission for Msc Nursing apart from good grades in BSc nursing. I have been working in the National Health Service (NHS), the largest healthcare provider in UK for many years.98% of the population depend on NHS for medical treatment. NHS being the only main organisation in UK that recruits medical staff, is going through major cost cutting process like never before in its history. My advice is to you is to get some work experience in India first and then go to USA instead of UK, if you are keen on getting a job after completing your Master's degree in Nursing. Alternatively, you can also try universities in Australia or New Zealand.

First of all you should ponder on two most important things i.e. your interests and career aspirations. After doing BBA, advisable is that you should opt for MBA through a decent full time Institute, however, if you don't want to get into MBA then you probably can look for other vocational courses if you have creative bent of mind opt for courses like fashion designing, interior designing etc. If you have interests in accounts and finance related courses you can opt for, CA, CWA and other PG Diploma programmes in banking and finance or Masters in Finance, you can also go for courses in travel & Tourism or as you mentioned in Hotel Management.
Depending on your passion and interests you should choose your course.

Hi Mradul, this greatly depends on the student. How well the student performs, and how sincere he or she is towards finding a good job for self.
The Universities abroad do not guarantee job placements but provide assistance. It is the student who needs to put in efforts and find an appropriate job.
Both the countries promote migration, plenty of jobs are available. But Nz has lower cost of living than Australia.
But the first motive of the student should be to concentrate in studies first so that he or she can apply for a good job later on.
