The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your higher study stream is your own interests and career aspirations. Although, after doing B.Sc you can go for M.Sc programme in the subject of your interests (as you have not mentioned your subjects advising you on the subject you should opt for is difficult) however, with an M.Sc degree you can look at careers in Teaching, Research etc. You can also sit for civil services; appear for Entrance Examinations like NET etc. If your interest lies in areas of Management then you can go for MBA degree.

Although, it would be difficult to get admission in any good college with fail in three subjects, but you definitely can complete your graduation after clearing your three subjects, which can be through correspondence or open university.
