American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Admission to medical school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted. Also, there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fees, which can be $50,000 USD per year or more for each of the four years.

Although, the course you choose for further studies after your graduation would largely depend on your interests and career aspirations. However, all the three courses could offer you a bright career but if we consider the job market, MBA would always be at top, reason being that it gets over in 2 years and give high returns on investment. I would also add here that in case you plan to do your MBA please do it from the decent institute which has not only have a good infrastructure and faculty but also have a market value like IIMs, XLRI, FMS, IMT etc.
As far as CA and ICWA is concerned although, they both have a market value but CA is always given preference. However both these programmes are the backend programmes which require skills like good numerical ability, analytical mind to interpret facts and figures etc. Now ICWA which is a program for accountants & auditors is gaining popularity as now a day accountants are increasingly contributing towards the management of scarce resources like funds, land and apply strategic decisions. Now if you look at MBA besides the education in accounting, finance, management, operations, etc., you will build you business network. Not only this you will also learn other skills like "hard skills" of economics, finance, marketing, operations, management, and accounting, as well as the "soft skills” of leadership, teamwork, ethics, and communication that are so critical for effective management.
