As you have completed your 12th, it would be advisable for you to enrol for some degree course like:
BBA.
B.com
BBS etc.
Please remember you should complete your studies first, before you enter in a professional field, if you are not good in studies now, does not mean that through out your academics you will be like this.
In my opinion you should complete your studies first, unless and until you complete your studies, it would not be possible for you to get a good job, once you get a good job after your studies you will surely grow as per your performance.
So please do not take any stress, just complete your studies.
