As per your query, I would say that whichever college you studying, would surely assist you with companies for your training as OJT (On-the-job-training) is a mandatory part of curriculum for all professional programs.

First of all talking about the scope of Autocad course in India, this course has lot of scope. Autocad is the basis of every manufacturing industry be it mechanical, electrical, electronics or civil. As 2nd and 3rd paper of UGC NET is completely a theory based paper and will cover only the subject you are planning to take up in your teaching, so, while preparing the most important thing which you should focus on is the strong hold on the fundamentals of your subject and as said you have studied HRM in your graduation I would suggest you to first go through your graduation books make a strong hold on the subject and then consider taking up the help [of books outside. Hi Sulagna!UGC NET is known to be a very lengthy paper. TO prepare for UGC NET you need to have indepth knowledge of the subject. A GOOD news for you is that UGC is planning to convert second third paper into objective this or next year. As you've HR as your subject then I'd suggest you to follow following steps to score good in it:
1. Follow good books like upkar and trueman
2. Old question papers helps you to know the level of UGC NET.
3. Work HARD at your speed and accuracy. Speed is the key factor in NET.
