The UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) of India conducts the exam and on the basis of the result IAS, IPS, IFS officers are selected.
It has three-step process i.e.
Preliminary Exam (Prelims)
Main Exam (Mains), and
Interview.
The eligibility criteria to appear in this exam are:
A candidate must be an Indian citizen.
Holds a graduate degree form recognized university.
Age between 21-30 years.
It is one of the most competitive exams in India, to clear this exam you really need to work hard with 100% dedication.
To prepare well, it would be advisable to join some good coaching institute, so that you can get right guidance for preparation.
You should select those subjects in which you have the most of interest and you have strong hold over it, you need to decide in which subject you are good and accordingly you can select the best subject.

As per your query, I would say that whichever college you studying, would surely assist you with companies for your training as OJT (On-the-job-training) is a mandatory part of curriculum for all professional programs.
Apart from the assistance that your college might provide, I would suggest you to keep a track of IT companies and also regularly make individual efforts so as not to loose in the end. Well there are good number of IT & Electronics companies like TCS, Infosys, Cisco, HCL, Satyam and many more that take students for training process.
I would also advice you to start working on traits like confidence, communication, personality development, current affairs, time management as these are very important to strive out in any organization in order to secure confirmed placement with the same organization.

Well the fee structure varies for all the institutes. Each one is bound to follow the norms set by the governing body like AICTE, UGC, etc. And all the Universities select candidates based on their performance in different aptitude rounds that are conducted under the guidelines of the selection procedure.

First of all talking about the scope of Autocad course in India, this course has lot of scope. Autocad is the basis of every manufacturing industry be it mechanical, electrical, electronics or civil. You will definitely get a job depending upon your skills and the type of couse that you have done because there are lot of modules in Autocad, like drafting, modelling which are further 2-D or 3-D. But once you the basic Autocad , you can go for advance courses.
Yes even I would suggest you the same to wait for a while now and may be towards the end of your bachelors, you may look forward to get trained in this program.

As 2nd and 3rd paper of UGC NET is completely a theory based paper and will cover only the subject you are planning to take up in your teaching, so, while preparing the most important thing which you should focus on is the strong hold on the fundamentals of your subject and as said you have studied HRM in your graduation I would suggest you to first go through your graduation books make a strong hold on the subject and then consider taking up the help [of books outside. However, for preparation one of the good books is Trueman so you can consider studying through this.

Hi Sulagna!UGC NET is known to be a very lengthy paper. TO prepare for UGC NET you need to have indepth knowledge of the subject. A GOOD news for you is that UGC is planning to convert second third paper into objective this or next year. As you've HR as your subject then I'd suggest you to follow following steps to score good in it:
1. Follow good books like upkar and trueman
2. Old question papers helps you to know the level of UGC NET.
3. Work HARD at your speed and accuracy. Speed is the key factor in NET.
4. Study as much as you can. Although syllabus is there but I've seen that there's no defined criteria of what UGC can ask in NET>
5. Give special emphasis on IB(International Business) related topics.
6. Work on time management.
