As 2nd and 3rd paper of UGC NET is completely a theory based paper and will cover only the subject you are planning to take up in your teaching, so, while preparing the most important thing which you should focus on is the strong hold on the fundamentals of your subject and as said you have studied HRM in your graduation I would suggest you to first go through your graduation books make a strong hold on the subject and then consider taking up the help [of books outside. 1. Follow good books like upkar and trueman
2. Old question papers helps you to know the level of UGC NET.
3. Work HARD at your speed and accuracy. Speed is the key factor in NET.
