Dear Kailash, If you have over 10 years of experience, you can always apply for an exemption from the Research Aptitude Test and try for a direct admission. However, complete discretion of your selection is in the hands of the Doctoral Committee at NSL who are normally very senior academicians and corporate leaders. They normally conduct a telephonic interview for candidates who have over 10 years of experience.
