The job prospect and the pay scale of M.Com holders will be good in the government sector organisations. In most of the government organizations, the entry level remuneration comes in the range of about Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- per month. In central government companies as compared with state government undertakings, candidates may earn good salary. One can also get grade promotions while in the job and consequently a hike in salary.
As compared with the government organizations, the master holders are paid much better in private sector companies. In the starting stage itself, one can earn a monthly income varying in the range of about Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 40,000/-. With gaining experience and skill in the field, one can get promotions to higher posts and also higher pay. Teaching field is also a yet another lucrative career option for the aspirants. With experience and proficiency in the field, one can easy earn a 6 digit monthly salary within few years.
Many companies in foreign countries like USA, UK, Australia and so on recruit large number of talented commerce graduates to various job profiles. The remunerations for these M.Com holders abroad are much higher than that paid in India. With experience, the aspirants can move on to higher level posts and can also command more salary.

US is one of the finest study destination to pursue undergraduate course, there are many good universities in US which offers undergraduate degree in various fields, such as:
Civil engineering.
Computer engineering.

In order to pursue undergraduate degree from US, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in 12th.
Relevant 12th degree from recognize education board.
SAT score of 1700-1800 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
Universities in US have 2 admission in take in a year:
Fall(August) intake.
Spring(January) intake.

Well I would suggest you to go for it because age and time is no barrier in education. And I strongly believe that self content is very important so if you possess a strong inclination towards a career in law, simply go for it.
And Education always pay excellent, it is never a waste. Law being an emerging field the career prospects are very bright in this field. Also remunerations offered in this profession are very good even for starters. Job opportunities are available with government as well as private law and corporate firms.

If you do not meet the eligibility criteria for appearing in NET then it would not be possible to sit for this Entrance Examination, however, you can consider doing your M.Phil and then PhD which is another way to get into University/ College teaching,
Apart from this if you are passionate for teaching profession then you can even consider School teaching after doing your B.Ed, I think you would not face much problem while getting into a B.Ed programme.
As far as your correspondence degree is concerned they always given the lesser importance as compare to the regular degree and few institutes for some such programmes like MBA, PhD etc. will not even consider a degree through correspondence.
