If by health science, you mean a course where you have to deal with patients then this score is insufficient, the minimum for such courses is an overall of 7 with no band less than 6.5, infact, some of the universities have a higher standard of overall 7.5 with no band less than 7. In fact, your score does not make you eligible for other courses where you do not interact with patients also as the minimum is overall 6.5 with no band less than 6. Hence please retake your IELTS or better still take PTE as the results come faster. All the best.

This Institute has grand name, but does it really have the wherewithal? Various pointers are not very satisfactory. I would advise you to give it a miss. Also there was news recently that UGC has asked all distance education providers to desist from conducting courses that require extensive practicals.
