Comparing the placements, course outcomes, facilities provided, first delete Thapar institute from your choice list, because it didn't meets the quality standards of education. Coming to LPU and SRM, both are having best records in placements, facilities. Any one of these two will give you same sources of career. Choose the nearest institute from your home.

If you are seeking admission in engineering college then I would like to refer SRM as the first preference. It is one of the reputed private colleges. It is best in every context whether it is its environment, placement, fest, exposure or anything else. If we compare LPU with SRM then SRM is far better. Thapar college is also good. Now, it's up to you, first of all you have to clear its entrance exam.
All the best. -
For Computer Science Engineering, I would suggest you to join in SRM, as its one of the top college in Chennai and in terms of placement, it has a fair and decent placement and also for CSE it's one of a Kind. It has a dedicated placement cell and has a more practical oriented course to enhance the skill of the young engineers.

1. Thapar University
2. SRM Chennai (main campus)
3. LPU -

LPU is the best private university to go for B.Tech, it is one of the top 5 universities of India, providing quality education, innovative pedagogy and unbeatable placements both national and international. LPU provides a great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance to the students to attend guest lectures or workshops, so that they get to learn as much as they can. The students also work on live projects, so that they are able to apply their knowledge to practical settings. It is one of the few that has embraced international practices when it comes...more
