CAT becomes an integral part when it comes to admission for MBA. But there are many renowned universities/ colleges that also conducts their own exam. But few of the universities have come up with best way out and opened up their doors for prospective students. One such university is Lovely Professional University. SK CAT is not important or the only test for admission to MBA. The other tests are XAT, MAT, GMAT etc. Other than this, many universities admit students directly on the basis of their marks in graduation or GDPI or their own tests.
These days, many private universities have earned a good name for themselves in the field of education. Some of them have very good infrastructure, learned faculty and good placements. There are universities that have made education affordable for all by offering good scholarships to students.
For more information, you can check the websites of some good universities like LPU, MMU, SRM, etc.
Good luck.
