    CAT is not mandatory to get admission in LPU for MBA. LPU is quite eminent for the MBA. You can do MBA in different streams like Financial markets, International Business, Tourism and hospitality, Banking and insurance, E-Commerce, Fintect, Business Analytics, etc. So you can choose any of the above-revealed streams according to your area of interest.     55% + Interview
    or
    Completed Company Secretary CS from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
    or
    Completed Chartered Accountancy CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)

    Completed Cost & Management Accountancy (CMA) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI)

    Hi,
    CAT and CMAT are the criteria for admission in some of the colleges like JBIMS, MDI, IMT Ghaziabad etc. Besides this there are some other good colleges which are giving an equally good level of educational inputs. Such institutions have their own entrance exams followed by an interview. You can check on LPU which is ranking high on the popularity scale as the most promising university by India Today ranking it at 6th positions and also has received the award for best placements.     Well in the situation of Covid-19, LPU has relaxed their eligibility norms. The eligibility criteria of this programme is Pass with 55% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline)or equivalent, and Interview.     If you want admission at top 30 colleges of India, then CAT is helpful. Otherwise many colleges have their own national level entrance tests like LPU NEST for Mittal school of business, SNAP for Symbiosis etc.

    CAT is an entrance exam and if you can't take the CAT exam then try out any other entrance exam like MAT, XAT or CMAT.

    For IIM, CAT is the only option. Rest, you can give another exam, too, if you want to join good private colleges.

    They should have cleared any one entrance test accepted by various colleges and should also have minimum of 45% to 55% in their Bachelors for admission in the same.

    There are many other exams which you can take to take admission in an MBA course. Exams like MAT SNAP XAT IPSAT, IIFT. CAT is important to take admission in colleges like IIM and other top colleges.
