Hi, there's no formula to avoid common mistakes in any exam. But these points might help you stay calm during the exam.
It is important that you practice lot of mocks and papers before the main exam. This will give you confidence and sense of familiarity during the paper.
Practicing will also give you the mistakes that you keep committing every now and then. Commit as many mistakes as you can in first few mocks. More you practice, sooner will you run out of common mistakes to commit.
Dont stress out. If you feel the paper is way too tough or way too easy for what youve practiced, dont worry about it. The general trend will be the same an

Nothing is tough, CA or CMA almost same in study and it depends upon the capability of the student. Basically CMA gives more emphasis to cost and operations while CA gives equal importance to law, cost, tax, accounts, etc.
So if somebody likes more practical then go with CMA and otherwise go with CA. CMA is more practical then CA.
Foundation- CA has less syllabus with more details but in CMA have more syllabus but details are less.
Intermediate Level- CA have some tough subjects in inter level, but so as CMA consists 8 subjects with one more subject in comparison of CA have 7 subjects. CMA wide syllabus again here in comparison of CA but

Hello,
Only way you can deal with common mistakes is with lots of practice before hand. If you develop a sense of familiarity during the main exam, you will only have to focus on the questions before you instead of any other behavioral trait leading to mistakes. Follow some points. Don't stress out. If you feel the paper is way too tough or way too easy for what you have practiced, don't worry about it. Pass rate of CA examination is traditionally very low. Analysis of past few years result indicate, that average pass percentage is traditionally below 5% across the country. Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), which conducts the exam, has not specified any particular reason for the low pass rate and always attributed it to performance of the students. As per ICAI, the content in the question paper is totally from the study material provided to the students. Students are scored on what they write in examination. Thank you.

Major difference between CAT and CMAT is of General Knowledge questions, CAT question paper does not include GK questions, on the other hand, CMAT has questions regarding GK, so you need to prepare for that additionally if appearing for CMAT for which you have to read daily newspaper and you can also refer Lucents general knowledge book. Other than that everything remains same and yes CMAT exam is quite easy then CAT paper, so you need not worry much regarding other things, if you are preparing hard for CAT you are definitely going to crack CMAT with a little preparation of GK, with a good score.

Sorry to disappoint you my friend but it won't help much.
First of all for getting B Schools outside India you need minimum experience of around 5 years. Foreign B-Schools don't accept freshers. So first look into that. CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is certifications for those who are looking to get into money/asset management. If you are looking to work as an equity research analyst of portfolio manager and other such jobs then CFA can help. But again there are 3 levels of CFA. For it to be of any use you need to clear at least two levels then only you would have enough knowledge to work as an equity research analyst or other such

Hi,
Unfortunately, the answer to this question is "YES". CAT preparation won't be sufficient enough for GMAT and the same holds true if you are preparing for GMAT. This is because the intention to check on the areas are very different in both the exams. CAT tests your ability mainly on your 1- Quantitative abilities 2- Data Interpretation/ Logical Reasoning and 3- Verbal Ability. GMAT on the other side tests your, quant, Verbal, AWA, IR. You may think Quant and Verbal overlap in both but this isn't enough as the difficulty is not the same in both. Quant in CAT is at a higher level than GMAT. Similarly Verbal scores point in GMAT over qu
