The CTET score will be valid for life, as per a recent order. Earlier, the validity of the CTET score used to be seven years. The Ministry of Education recently extended the validity of the CTET score to a lifetime. Therefore, after qualifying the Central Teacher Eligibility Test CTET you can apply for teacher posts in government schools for your lifetime. Also, there is no restriction on the number of attempts you can make at the CTET Certificate exam. If you have already qualified for the test but have not scored well, you may take it again to improve your score.

The state universities determine this. For instance, Delhi University does not exempt intercollegiate sports certificates from admission trials for sports quota admission. On the other hand, if the organisation is the national association of universities, Jamia will accept a Certificate for collegiate sports. You can check with the college you're applying to for admission. Some colleges may consider intercollegiate sports Certificate admission.

No, a BTC is not equivalent to a B.Ed. Degree. The Basic Training Certificate (BTC) is an NCTE-recognised course for teacher training in elementary classes. The BTC makes candidates eligible to apply for primary teacher posts in government schools. On the other hand, the B.Ed. Is a degree course. With a B.Ed. Degree, you can apply for primary and upper primary teacher posts. B.Ed. Is mandatory for TGT and PGT posts in many government and private schools. You can take admission in BTC after 12th grade, but to take admission in the B.Ed. Degree, you need to have completed graduation.

You can pass either the TET or CTET to become a teacher after your postgraduate degree. The CTET is a central-level exam, and the TET is conducted by different states, for example, the UPTET exam. Both exams are conducted to certify the applicants to apply for government teaching posts. The minimum eligibility criteria for this exam is to have graduated with a B.Ed.
