Techniques of Hydrocarbon Exploration offered by the IIT Kharagpur. There are hardly any Universities which will give you Electrical engineering programmes through Correspondence, few of which you may try are IGNOU, JNTU, and Acharya Nagarjuna University. You can also appear for AMIE Examination which at many places treated equivalent to a degree programme.

As per the information searched, IIIT Delhi offers B.tech with a fee of about Rs. 75000 per year but the same may differ this year; and for LPU, the fee is about Rs. 70000 per semester. Both the amounts are just the Tuition fee. For more information and any changes in the fee structure, please contact with the institutes directly.
