r u confidant in any of the Server Side Operating System? for what purpose u would like to do CCNA? wanted to go in network line? is that so? wanted to get good job in higher end? am i right? if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA u will be having career in only Network line. Cos Knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage. After CCNA u will be only a network person if u do RHCE then u can opt System Admin or Network Admin or Security Admin as well if u have Database knowledge then u can be DBA as well the combination of RHCE+CCNA+MCSE will be good cos CCNA is 80% theory and 20% practical and RHCE is 100% practical after completing RHCE u will feel a lot of confidence as well.
As Cyber Crime is going high Security Specialist is going to be future. For Securing Network u must have thorough knowledge of Network and for securing data u must have thorough knowledge of one Operating System for that U must choose the OS which is running in Industry like Linux, for that u can opt RHCE & RHCSS (Red Hat Certified Security Specialist) will give u ultimate mileage for ur career. As such there are rarely any institutes that can offer you courses in the field of Oil/ Gas yet you may look in for the courses like
Techniques of Hydrocarbon Exploration offered by the IIT Kharagpur. Other than this there are courses available in Petroleum geophysics offered by Andhra University, Wallair, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, IIT Kharagpur, Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad, University of Roorkee and Osmania University, Hyderabad.
Or you may opt for the Petroleum Exploration and Production/ Drilling and Well engineering, but most of the institutes/ universities are offering degree programs and getting short duration courses would be quite difficult.
If having any work experience in this field, you can opt for the Certifications like NDT (Non Destructive Testing) or CWS (Certified Wielding Super visor). Also you can consider certifications like six sigma and SQC ( Statistical Quality Control).

Animation is highly a creative field and if you are keen to pursue a career in Animation, this confirms that you are inclined towards creativity. Having an artistic hand will always have an advantage but that is not all that is required to pursue it as a Career.
You can start with any program which carries details from the very beginning as it is important to have a base so that you can pursue studies in high end technology.
You can either opt for a diploma or degree based program depending on your education qualification which is not been mentioned in your question.
