The answer to your question involves multiple dynamics and it is not possible to answer it in terms of a single factor. So, I'll try to include multiple factors for you to understand it better.
Faculty: Both the colleges have equally knowledgeable faculty. However, professors in RVCE are inclined towards research. This is the reason why you would see multiple patents coming out of the department. Also, CISCO has established COE (Center of Excellence) within the college wherein the company supports students innovations and fund their projects.
Infrastructure: Both the colleges have multiple labs. RVCE has an added advantage of particular labs set up by companies like Nvidia which provides excellence in the specific domain.
Placements: Placement is something that every student is concerned about more than anything else. Well, both the colleges have equally good placements. RVCE-CSE current semester placements boast the package of 25 LPA and still counting. These are offered by top giants like Microsoft, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Cisco, Morgan Stanley, Walmart Labs, Mckinsey & Co., etc.
While both the colleges are equally good in terms of placements, I would suggest you go for RVCE if you are planning to go for Master's degree right after college.

Choosing a university is a big decision and a very difficult task, as our career depends upon that. Both the universities are doing equally good but I would rather choose LPU, not these. There are several reasons for the same. To commence with the curriculum, all the subjects you are going to study, their syllabus is designed keeping in mind the industry demands and the syllabus is vetted by company officials. Different specializations are offered to students depending upon the stream they want to opt for. For example- In CSE, they offer cybersecurity, IoT, data Science, machine learning, and many more. Moreover, they give you the option for pathway elective that whether you want to be in the corporate sector, higher studies, Government Job, or entrepreneur. In addition to it, the classes you have to attend regularly. They did not compromise with the academics of the students. If any faculty is on leave, the classes are either adjusted or makeup lectures are planned. The University also provides the option of credit transfer and international exposure to its students. If I talk about the placements, the preparation for placements starts from the very first year. Many top recruiters visit the LPU campus to employ graduates, such as Amazon, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Capgemini, Bosch, TCS, and several other firms. Recently, a girl got placed at a package of 42 LPA. Moreover, Amazon recruited LPU students with 30 LPA. More than 700 companies visit LPU every year for recruitment with an average package of 6-10 LPA. Almost 90% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. LEET or Lateral Entry Entrance Exam. This is an exam that is conducted by some states only for Diploma holders to directly join the 2nd year of engineering course.
Here, I want to bring out an interesting fact that most of the states do not allow students of other states to take lateral entry directly into the 2nd year of engineering course. As this is the case, many states even do not conduct any exam since exams of Diploma are conducted by the same agency as the one coordinating lateral admissions and hence admissions are based on marks obtained in this exam.
With many private colleges failing to get enough students in the first year, they have opened their doors for lateral entry. However, Govt. colleges do have a quota for such type of admissions. It is announced every year at the time of admission and is not known beforehand.
Yes, this is a great motivator for many students who have opted for Diploma after class 10th and are desirous of getting a degree in engineering. Lateral entry avoids any wastage of years. The competition is invariably tough and only the best candidates get selected.
To conclude, I will say that it is an exam that is not universal across India, it is restricted to the state only and many states even do not conduct this kind of exam.

Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology is a college which is directly affiliated to Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology (VTU) and because of this, there are several restrictions as far as the syllabus and the attendance cut-offs are concerned. Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering, on the other hand, is an autonomous college. Meaning that, it decides it's own syllabus, has lesser restrictions with respect to attendance and it gives you time to build your profile beyond what your syllabus teaches you. The college culture in DSCE is way better than in Sir MVIT. Having it's own course outline, you are taught subjects keeping today's industrial requirements in mind, which guarantees you better job offers. Sir MVIT may boast of lofty placement records, but it is one of the last colleges companies approach, after they are done recruiting students from better colleges on Bangalore. Also, the job offers here are mediocre and well known companies do not come to the college for campus placements anymore.

When we talk about the AKTU colleges, no matter whichever college we take in consideration it all falls under the same umbrella. Now, be it ABESEC OR AKGEC, both these colleges are going to assure you a job, minimum to support yourself even if you don't have satisfactory marks or GPA.
AKGEC has the biggest infrastructure among the AKTU colleges and has a lot of greenery. Although, you would score pretty low in your internals as in comparison to other AKTU colleges. Students here complain of being awarded the average 36-37 marks out of 50.
While for rest, the average being 43-44 marks out of a total of 50.
Now, try considering facts about ABES:
The faculty for CSE branch is really good and cooperative.
The infrastructure of the college is one of the best in NCR region among UPTU colleges.
ABES has a pretty good cricket stadium recently inaugurated by Kapil Dev.

Fortunately or unfortunately, you need to show up in a college uniform but on the brighter side, it keeps every student at par.
