No, you don't need to prepare for MUOET separately if you are preparing for JEE exam. MUOET paper is quite easy as compared to JEE paper. You just have to solve mock papers of MUOET to get an idea of paper pattern and quality as well as the quantity of questions asked.
Syllabus of both the exams is almost similar. Physics, chemistry and mathematics are common in both the exams. But MUOET asks few questions of English and aptitude.
Again, the level of aptitude and English is not too high, you can easily prepare for it in one or two months before the examination. You can take a lot of mock papers to boost your confidence.
NCERT is enough for chemistry and for physics part, you may prefer HC Verma. You may refer RD Sharma MCQ for maths.
MUOET is not that hard nut to crack, so even if you have prepared/finished 50% syllabus of JEE then you can easily crack it. So don't worry about MUOET and prepare for JEE with full confidence and determination.

West Bengal appears to be the only state not insisting on domicile certificate for taking WBJEE. The official announcement has been made and full information is available on its website. However for benefit of students I will state few important facts.The WBJEE will be conducted n 22 Apr 2018. It will be in Pen and Paper mode only. There will be two papers. One for maths and other for Chemistry + Physics. Both papers will be two hours duration. Any citizen of India can appear. He/she should be of minimum age of 17 years. There is no upper limit. Exam will be conducted in 44 cities spread across West Bengal, Assam and Tripura. If one sees this, it's clear that student outside West Bengal can surely appear and get admission in any of the 104 participating institutions across West Bengal.To conclude, I will say that any Indian citizen of 17 years or more can appear for this exam of course with restrictions of marks for general and reserve category students of 45% and 40% respectively along with need to score at least 30% in English.

You should practice mock tests daily and while solving the questions always keep in mind that you have only some limited time to solve the mock test. This will help you to score good marks in the examination. By practicing the mock test, you can understand the exam pattern and accordingly manage your time to solve the question. Make a proper time-table and prepare accordingly. Study for at least five to six hours a day. Add some time for breaks and other activities which can help you to refresh. Practice only from those books which almost cover the entire syllabus of the exam. Students can also prefer NCERT books for preparations. Also, solve the previous year question papers and compare your answers with the given solved papers. It will help you to understand your mistakes and difficult areas and after that, you can work on it.

JEE is the tough exam in which student really prepare hard to crack the exam and the syllabus prepared by the board cover all the portion of class 11th and 12th but BITSAT exam is also one of the tough exam in which one has to score more than 300 marks in the exam for getting admission in BITS Pilani. Talking about the current situation, the demand and supply of CSE Engineers is more than Mechanical Engineer because IT Sector is developing much in our country.

Talking about the packages offered to CSE is good and more as compared to Mechanical Engineering and The jobs of CSE is more than that of Mechanical Engineering.
So, both the course have very good scopes in our country. But, if you are looking for someone good package in Placement then CSE can satisfy your expectations. The packages offered to Mechanical Branch is good but not in crores like CSE. That makes the difference. But, try to choose the field in which you are really interested and the field in which you love to work. Scopes are equal for all the branches in India. But, you can generate more scope and grow yourself in which you have interest.

A degree doesn't matter if anyone is talented and the best idea about this is that he or she can do anything which they want to. In B.Tech, they learn about this but many learners learn just by seeing others or via Google. The special thing about web development is that pretty much all the learning materials you ever need is available online that too for free, there's nothing you can't learn on your own without going through 4-years of college and getting a CS degree. But getting a CS degree won't hurt, especially when you're not sure what to do or lack the skill set to land a programmer job.
